Academy course issue

Hi,

I’m currently facing issues accessing courses in the Unqork Academy. I haven’t checked all the courses yet, but when I try to open the Developer Program course, I’m unable to access the content.

Additionally, compared to earlier, the course appears to have incorrect data and errors. I’m also seeing text overlapping on links, which is affecting the content display.

    Hi ​@Sujith M . There is no need for a support ticket to be raised. I also tried today i.e march 3rd and phase same issue.

    Step to Follow

    1. Log in to your academy account first.
    2. Use the below community link. 
      1. Click on the desired course you want to check

      2. You will be redirected to the correct page.

    This Solution is working for me ​@Sujith M you also try same step; hopefully it will also work for you as well.

    If not, then raise a support ticket.

    No, it’s not working. Still, I can’t access some courses.

      A support ticket is the right path. The Academy team will be able to assist ​@Sujith M via the Support portal. And notifying them helps them investigate and resolve any underlying issues.

        ​@Danny Pancratz I encountered the same issue. I just followed the step that I shared; it works for me. So I thought to share it. it’s also might help ​@Sujith M
