How to Manage your certification status after leaving a company with whose email id the certification is linked to

Hi Community,

I am planning to leave my current job, wanted to know how i can Keep my certification maintained. As the email id used will not be accessible after leaving the organization.

Any solutions here?

Hi Arun, you have two options here:

  1. You can add your personal email to your credly account through the account settings page.
  2. You can open a support ticket and have the certify team merge your accounts. For this option, please let the team know which organization you are moving to.
