No. We do not recommend using these features for Community Q&A POCs in the Community Collaborations workspace. 

These enhancements will be enabled in the Training Environment as they roll out (7.10 and subsequent releases) and Creators can explore them in your personal workspace, but their capabilities will be better showcased by collaborating with colleagues in your company’s staging or sandbox environment.
