It’s now much easier to access our documentation. Building on our recent change to open up the Community Hub experience, our Documentation Hub is now accessible without logging in to the Unqork platform.

In addition to making it easier for you to access documentation, it also makes it possible to share this documentation with colleagues who may not have Creator access to your environment.

What Changed

You’re likely familiar with the screen below from previous attempts to access documentation. This message would show if you were not first logged-in to an Unqork environment.

Error message screen when not logged-in

Now that our documentation access is open, you no longer need to log in and, thus, you will no longer hit this firewall.

What Stayed the Same

Everything else. You can still access the same great documentation, including:

  • Glossary: Showcases Unqork's terminology, first giving you the industry definition, followed by Unqork's application.

  • Unqork User Manual: Explains every feature, setting, option, and potential end-to-end use of the software.

  • How Tos: Non-industry-specific and goal-oriented, procedure-based content.

  • Troubleshooting: Gives you the tools to find, solve and prevent technical difficulties.

  • Best Practices: Activities that bring meaningful results or yield the biggest success when building with Unqork.

  • Release Notes: Covers new features, enhancements, resolved issues, and known issues.

  • Configuration Guides: Marketplace guides for installation, setup, configuration, and customization of applications built using App or Integration Templates.

  • API Documentation: Details classes, functions, and arguments supported by examples and use cases. (via developers.unqork.io)

  • Academy: Showcases learning-oriented conceptual or feature lessons, videos, and use cases. (via academy.unqork.com)
