In continued efforts to recommend helpful content, we have added another resource to our Community Hub home page. You will find the top ten Trending Answers paired with our recently added Trending Documentation quick links.
What are Trending Answers?
Previously answered questions that are in the top 10 most viewed over the past 30 days.
- Refreshed weekly on Mondays
- Questions from any date (not just within the past 30 days)
- Highlighted on the Community Hub home page (image below)
- Based only on views (for now - later we hope to add content helpfulness ratings and upvotes)
Recognition for Trending Q&A
To recognize and reward the Creators contributing these popular questions and answers to our Knowledge Base, we are introducing two new badges.
Each badge can be earned up to five times and comes with bonus points to reflect the impact of this content. Once you earn the badge five times, you will shift to receiving 50 points (instead of badge and points).
