Congratulations, you are part of an award winning community!
Last week, Unqork was recognized with a Gainsight GameChanger Award at Gainsight’s Pulse Conference for Customer Success.
About the GameChanger Awards
Our community platform vendor, Gainsight, gives out these awards:
Every year at Pulse, we recognize industry leaders who have made significant contributions to the field of Customer Success (CS), driving innovation and transforming the way businesses engage with their customers.
In addition to Unqork, this year’s awards recognized Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Zendesk, Blackbaud, Mindbody, Certinia, Sendbird, Samsara, SAP Concur, and Alteryx.
Unqork’s Community Award
We were recognized with The Architect Award, the only award specifically focused on community programs.
Unqork is this year’s winner of The Architect Award, which is given to the company that thinks outside the box when it comes to building the best community for its users.
Check out their results:
- A more than 25% increase in Monthly Active Users (MAUs) quarter over quarter
- Their number of Subject Matter Expert superusers increased 162%
- Answers provided by external users increased 22% to over 80% YoY, reducing the demand for internal experts
Your Contributions to Unqork’s Success
Community awards are not won by individuals or teams; it takes the contributions of each community member to make the community what it is. Your contributions, even by just joining and visiting the community, were part of our success. Thank you and congratulations!
In particular, thank you to each and everyone of you that helped answer a question, especially our dedicated Unqork Community SMEs. As you can see from the results mentioned above, we have seen extradorinaiy success in peer-to-peer support and collaboration, cultivating a growing number of Unqork super users and experts. Thank you and congratulations!
Continual Community Success
As we celebrate, we have no plans to slow down. Our mission is to continue to make our Unqork Community a leader in the industry and beyond! That means continuing to improve our Community Hub and programs in ways that connect Creators to the people and resources you need to be successful.
So, as always, we invite your ideas and feedback. Submit an idea here on the Community Hub or reach out to me directly at email@example.com.
