If you have visited the Community Hub over the past week, you probably noticed our new navigation menu.
What’s New
We updated the information architecture and menu options to more quickly connect you to Creator resources.
The most significant change is that new Community and Documentation drop-down menus replaced the former Knowledge Base and Feedback menus.
The KB drop-down had become quite long and contained the most frequently used links to community forums, documentation resources, and Unqork Academy. The two new drop-downs allowed us to add more options and organize the links more intuitively.
Other changes include:
- Links to Unqork Academy and our Support portal have also been elevated to the top-level.
- The Status page link has been moved under the Community menu and Resources sub-heading.
- Note: Status page updates are also configured to embed as popup messages here on the community.
- Top level links have been reorganized.
Feedback Welcome
We hope this change improves your user experience and that navigating is easier and more intuitive. Later this year, we hope to add additional enhancements to our navigation.
