Version 6.86 Platform Release Notes for the Unqork product. These notes introduce the new Error Trigger option in the Data Workflow, improvements to platform architecture, and various component fixes.

7.14.0 Platform Release Notes

Version 7.14.0 Platform Release Notes for the Unqork product. These notes introduce enhancements and bug fixes to all areas of the Unqork platform, including UDesigner, Vega, and the UDLC Toolkit.Administration EnhancementsClosed Email Template Administration: When accessing the Email Template Administration page, Creators can only edit templates. This new enhancement lets Creators view which notification statuses are ENABLED or DISABLED. It also lets them enable or disable the Added to Workspace and User Profile Changed templates if they do not want those emails sent. All other templates cannot be disabled to ensure necessary emails are sent to users, like the Forgot Password notification. FixesClosed Service Administration: Fixed an issue where users with Workspaces CAN_EDIT and CAN_MANAGE RBAC permissions were give View Only permissions in Services Administration. Service Administration: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, users with the correct permissions could not access Services Administration. Style Administration: Fixed an issue when creating a new folder in the Style Assets tab. When Creators click the Cancel button to close the modal, it continues to open repeatedly. Applications FixesClosed Application Versioning: Fixed an issue where non-administrator roles, like Contributor, could not successfully create a branch and save changes to a module in that branch. Roles with access to edit and save modules can now achieve these tasks in a branch. Application Versioning: Fixed an issue where previewing a branch in Express View redirected not to the latest version of a branch, but to a deleted branch. Application Versioning: From the UDesigner homepage, opening a module that is not part of the latest published application fails as intended. A modal displays with a button that Creators can click to return to the versioned application. Fixed an issue where this button did not work. Promotions: Fixed an issue where versioned applications that include imported modules would not promote to the next environment level correctly. WORM Storage: When creating or updating an application, the Advanced Settings tab of the Application Settings modal lets Creators enable WORM Storage for their application. Fixed an issue where the setting displayed as enabled even when it was set to Toggle Off icon (OFF). Audit Logs FixesClosed Audit Logs: Fixed an issue where returned files could not be opened and viewed because of an incorrect file format. Classic Designer FixesClosed Date Input component: Fixed an issue where negative numbers could not be entered in the Relative Date validation settings. Phone Number component: Fixed an issue where the Learn More link in the component’s settings was not redirecting Creators to the correct article in the Documentation Hub. Components EnhancementsClosed Dynamic Grid component: Added the ability to rearrange rows in the Row Grouping and Triggers sections of the component’s settings pane. Dynamic Grid component: Added error validation when a Property ID field is left empty in Express View. FixesClosed Logic components: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, Creators could not scroll through the Inputs & Outputs tables when configuring logic components. Logic components: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, values of yes and no would convert to a Boolean value of false after saving a logic component. Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where endpoints configured using the Integration Gateway did not display in the Plug-In component's External Services drop-down. Data Modeling FixesClosed Data Modeling: Fixed an issue where non-administrator roles could not update fields in a Data Model. Query Builder: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, queries were not returned successfully. Records: Fixed an issue where Data Model records could not be updated in Express View. Module Builder FixesClosed Imported Modules: Fixed an issue when previewing an import module in a Panel component does not preview successfully in Express View. These links were being manipulated, removing the correct environment domain from the URL. Module Outline: Fixed an issue where the Module Outline in the Module Builder would freeze modules containing a large number of components. Now, the Module Outline view is hidden for modules with 200 or more components for performance reasons. Module Outline search is still available for large modules. UDesigner EnhancementsClosed Module Outline: Improved search performance when using the Module Outline to search for components in the Module Builder. Module Outline: Module Outline and search now includes components in imported modules. Plug-In component: Added support for searching for components by their Property ID in the Plug-In component’s Module drop-down setting. FixesClosed Comments: Fixed an issue were users without RBAC permissions for a specific workspace could still view comments in that workspace. Date Input component: Fixed an issue where the component would not render after configuring it in Classic Designer and then accessing it in UDesigner. Dropdown component: Fixed an issue where chained properties, like data.value.value, were not supported in the Value Property and Label Path fields when using a Data Reference Key. Number component: Fixed an issue where the Stepper and Range Slider settings did not render correctly in the component’s settings pane. Panel component: Fixed an issue where the link to view an imported module from a Panel component was working incorrectly. Panel component: Fixed an issue where editing a configured Panel component, and clicking Cancel to revert the changes, deleted the component from the Module Builder canvas instead of reverting it to the original saved changes. Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where selecting a module, workflow, or Data Collection using the component’s settings pane did not display the option to edit them. Transforms: Fixed an issue where single quotes were not being saved in transforms. UDesigner Homepage: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, filtering by workflows on the UDesigner homepage did not return all available workflows. Instead, only some of the workflows would display when using the filter. UDesigner Homepage: Fixed an issue where Creators could not open workflow-type applications from the UDesigner homepage. UDesigner Homepage: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, the header was not displaying correctly. UDesigner Homepage: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, the Reset button of the Advanced Search did not clear the filters. Vega EnhancementsClosed Search Select component: Added support to use a Data Reference Key as value options. Logic components: Added support for Vega logic components to reference nested properties. To reference a property like endUser.firstName, use the following syntax: endUser.property(firstName). This enhancement applies to the Calculator, Decisions, Initializer, Plug-In, and Data Workflow components. Vega Table component: Added the ability to rename columns using an operation. Vega Table component: Added the ability to reorder columns using an operation. FixesClosed Client Tracker Administration: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, the context field in Tracker records was not updating correctly. Cross-Runtime Support (CRS): Fixed an issue where the currentUser object was not available in a Vega-enabled Panel component when using CRS. Date Input, Number, Phone Number, Text Area, Text Field components: Fixed the behavior of Disable Browser Autofill setting to align with best practices. The setting name was updated to Disable Browser Autocomplete to more accurately describe the behavior. Data Table component: Fixed an issue where referencing a Data Reference Key from a Checkboxes component did not render in Express View in Vega, but would in Centauri. Logic Component Output Types: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, formulas were not being evaluated properly for the following logic component Output Types: Disabled, Editable, Enabled, Hidden, ReadOnlyView, and Visible. Module Outline: Fixed an issue where components did not highlight in the Module Outline when a Creator clicked them. Number component: Fixed an issue where decimal points did not save correctly when using the Range Slider. This issue occurred because the Min/Max validation did not work correctly for decimals. Operations Builder: Fixed an issue where adding a numerical value in the Events & Operations panel broke the field so Creators could no longer edit it. Phone Number component: Fixed an issue where the spacing of the text was incorrect when in read-only view. Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where the popError and popMessages actions closed prematurely. Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where Multipart API calls would not send multiple files. Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where the Vega Execute Output Type was not triggering the component correctly the first time it was called. Uniform Grid component: Fixed an issue where the No Data to Display message did not display in the translations table. Vega Console: Fixed an issue where an error related to ON_FIRST_RENDER was incorrectly being displayed. Vega Table component: Fixed an issue where the last pinned column was not being removed correctly. Vega Table component: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, columns did not fill the width of the screen correctly. Vega Table component: Fixed an issue where Full Screen Mode did not display correctly when inside of a modal. Vega Table component: Fixed an issue where the Simple Select and Search Select components were not working as expected in Full Screen Mode. Vega Table component: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, Number component columns were not displaying the correct errors for required validations. Workflow Builder: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, a pop-up error incorrectly displayed when the end-user navigated backward using browser navigation. Workspaces FixesClosed Records Collection Viewer: Fixed an issue where the Records Collection Viewer would not display modules with large numbers of records. Workspaces: Fixed an issue where non-administrator users, like Contributor, could access Data Collections and the Records Collection Viewer even though they do not have access to these features.
