Will there be a big bang switch to the new IDE like with UDesigner or will it transition gradually?

Platform version 9.0 will only have the new Designer experience (IDE) which can be used with or without AI enabled. There is full parity matching both of the functionality of UDesigner and classic and it also has additional features.
