As we transition into 2023, and after one year live with our Community Hub, we are seeking your feedback and input in our first annual Unqork Community Survey. These results will help us benchmark our progress and inform our strategic direction for 2023 and beyond.
The survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. The questions are limited to your experience with the Community Hub and related programs. You’ll be asked to answer questions relating to:
- Overall satisfaction
- Community vision and mission
- Strategic outcomes
- Community Hub features
Most questions are rating scales between 1 and 5. There are a few optional open-ended questions as well.
